Swisse Vitamins

When customer service works well, it’s a beautiful thing….

Last week I spent my time going to various stores of a leading high street chemist, in search of Bone Care by Swisse. When Swisse was launched in this country, I was very interested in this company that makes vitamins with quality ingredients, you may also know that they were the official supplier to Team GB at the last Olympics. They sent me a sample of one of the vitamins in the range and I was sold and now purchase them regularly.

Anyhow, I found the product but something told me to look at the expiry date and it was 06/2017, which is next month and the tablets were of a 90 day supply. Now, I concluded that after a month, these tablets would effectively be out-of-date. I spoke to an assistant and pointed this out and asked if it could be reduced? Ha! No such chance, they refused and I saw them put them back on the shelf. So I went to various stores and they all had the exact expiry date.

I then decided to contact Swisse and immediately action was taken, I was kindly sent a free sample and they are going to consult Boots about this issue.

The company takes customer service very seriously and I would check out their website http://www.swisse.co.uk and read all about their fantastic range.

Therapi Lemon Myrtle Toner

I came across this wonderful company, whilst browsing Whole Foods in Richmond. I was attracted to the products because of the care and dedication that was put into the products, using natural honey and other organic skin friendly ingredients. I was given a sample of this product as I have oily skin and was searching for a toner that didn’t act on my skin like paint stripper. This contains wonderful lemon and myrtle and it was very soothing and really toned my skin. I would advocate this product but my only gripe would be the pump action spray, I would prefer a pour on to pad lotion. Check out the website therapi.com and see all the wonderful products that you’ll fall in love with.
