Happy New Year Rituals

Hello, I hope all of you will have a peaceful New Year.

I thought I would share with you some good luck rituals that you might like to try.

The Irish bang some bread against a wall to dispel evil spirits.

Ths Spanish eat 12 grapes the last minute before the New Year to give good luck over the coming year.

In Italy women wear red underwear for love and prosperity.

And the other one is throwing a dollop of cream on the floor for good luck.

I am going to try all of these… Why don’t you?

Christmas Message

Well, if the Queen can do it, so can I ! I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Christmas time brings to the fore lonliness for many, so if you know an elderly person or anyone who is alone who might be spending Christmas on their own, if you know them, maybe invite them to join you?  It’s been a very trying year for many, let’s hope 2020 will bring clarity.
