My Tips for 2018

I am going to bet myself how many times Channel Five are going to air the film Mr and Mrs Smith, in 2018. Think it was 10 times this year.

KEFIR

This is going to be massive in 2018, it slowly has attracted a following but I believe this will really start being sold everywhere. Kefir originates from Poland. I drink this everyday, it’s a slightly sour taste, rather like sour milk, but it is so good for the gut. I mix it with berries in a smoothie. You can by it in Asda, retails at £1.29, but if I were you I’d track down the nearest polish supermarket where you can buy it 99p.

CAMELS MILK

Now camels milk is another matter, I read about this milk containing masses of iron and being easier to digest, so after searching a few stores, I found it in a Hayes Asda store, but bulked at the price, £2.89 for a tiny bottle, I don’t think many people will pay the current price, no matter how many Kardashians endorse it. But I will go to Edgware Road and pop into any number of Arabian shops and see what they sell it for.

DEAD SEA SALT SCALP SCRUB

Your scalp attracts grime, grease, and a dandruff, once a week add a little dead sea to your shampoo and gently massage your scalp with it, it will exfoliate your scalp and make it healthier and stimulate new hair growth. I think this might take off in 2018.

JEWISH BAGELS

You haven’t had a bagel unless you’ve had one from a Jewish Bakers. They really are sublime and far tastier than those bagged versions loaded with preservatives and cheaper. If you live in London, then you’ll know to head for Jewish areas like Golders Green and Finchley, otherwise the nearest one to Middx is Edgware just by the station. Trust me you’ll buy everything in the store, the smells will entice you.

GRAPES

Don’t forget to eat 12 grapes on New Year’s day. The Spanish do it to bring luck in the new year.
